DEBRA L EGER, age 61

Beloved daughter of Fred and Alice Eger (both deceased). Loving sister of Dorothy Henderson (Russ) and Bill Eger. Cherished niece of Dorothy Calabrese.

"Forever young" (youthful) Debra Lynn Eger, aka Aunt Deb, Miss Deb, Ege, Nurse Deb, Buckeee, Egette, family gypsy, Debra Lynn, said her last "catch you around the pool!"

Wanting to be remembered for being: a mentor & educator to American Baptist youth on the local & national level. Passionate towards patients & peers during her 33 year career as a Med-Surg nurse at University Hospitals Case Medical Campus. A lover of the glories of nature, the mysteries of science, the truth & expressiveness of art, the therapy of gardening, the beauty & insights of the elderly and the renowned Ohio State Buckeyes.

Known for philosophical insights like; "if you're not N2 TRBL you might as well B dead." or "forget praying for patience, its overrated. Pray for wisdom so you can use the little you might know."

She valued and loved her family who gave her a great foundation of unconditional love, plenty of laughter, a strong work ethic and just as important taught her how to play.

She was blessed by the grandest, most lush and colorful "bouquet" of friends who constantly nurtured, supported, challenged, entertained, explored with, spiritually fed her, and ALWAYS welcomed her into their hearts. "God I'll miss playing with each one of you, CAYATP!!!"

Memorial Services February 11, 2017, 1pm at The College Club of Cleveland, 2348 Overlook Rd, Cleveland Hts, OH, where family will receive friends from 11am until 2 pm.
